We are a product design studio, that focuses on user centric design, african craftsmanship and aesthetics. Our ethos is rooted in the essential characteristic of african art being both aesthetic and functional.
Founded in 2005 and revamped in 2020 after a long hiatus, the focus has expanded from being a couture house to a fully-fledged design studio. This was informed by the availability of excellent craftsmen and the dire need for African stories to be told through our arts and crafts.
Since our inception, we have placed priority on research and have
delved into the world of the craftsman, and have placed our experience next to impeccable skills. We believe in this partnership and we are convinced it will unearth products that will provide satisfaction to our patrons.
