Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable). You can also track your order by logging into your account on the store and viewing your order history.

Our return policy allows for returns within 10 business days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We don’t accept returns on sale items.

Refund and Return Policy

Our products are exclusive pieces, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns for pieces because of these irregularities.

However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return your product (unwashed, unworn) in its original packaging to our address within 7 business days of receipt; with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a fix or exchange for another piece.

Attn: Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not entertain refunds.

The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. We provide estimated delivery times at checkout, and you will also receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
